TWD Fitness Management is a rapidly growing personal training company whose mission is to provide the highest level personal training experience in the nation to our clients. We are looking to bring on kinesiologists on an in-person basis to meet fast-growing demand.

No sales or marketing is required – your core focus will be helping to transform your clients as well as retention.

TWD Fitness Management has has doubled in size every year over the past 4 years, so team members have high growth potential within the company. This role is ideal for motivated fitness experts who want to leverage their expertise in building the future of fitness.

Responsibilities:

-Help manage our roster of clients: Assess clients, get them excited about our nutrition & fitness program and check in consistently using our app & text msgs.

-Maintain or exceed a high client retention rate

-Find fun & novel ways to engage folks who are intimidated by fitness

-Proactively help improve our programs (exercises, workouts, progressions) to better suit client needs

Requirements:

-Emotional intelligence: be able to connect with & motivate clients

-Deep expertise in the human body, training, nutrition, and fitness schedule programming

-Proven experience in coaching clients to achieve results

-Expertise in multiple fitness disciplines, including weightlifting, cardio health, and correcting imbalances

-Degree in exercise science OR dietitian nutritionist registration

Nice TO Haves:

-Customer Service Experience

-Experience working in a fast-paced environment

-Advanced strength and conditioning certification

-Advanced degree in training or nutrition

-Experience with startups and/or cutting-edge tech

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 – $55.00 per hour
