TVR Communications Hiring for Part Time Call Center Representative at Remote Full Time

• Handle a high volume of phone calls providing a variety of service and support to our customers. Representatives interface with hospital patients, families and hospital staff.
• Renting and activating television/television services.
• Process credit/debit card payments.
• Review accounts and handle billing inquiries.
• Handle and diffuse complaint calls. Direct inquiries to the appropriate team member.
• Provide level 1 customer service troubleshooting
• Communicate with other members of the TVR team as necessary to provide support to our customers. (Interact with other team members to provide support to TVR customers)

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Professional and courteous communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience processing debit/credit card payments
• Proficient with Windows operating system and Google Workspace
• Preference will be given to Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates

• Part-time – approximately 30 hours per week
• Holidays

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• One-year customer service experience

• Candidates will require high speed reliable internet and a private workspace
• Equipment will be provided, as needed

• Joining bonus can earn up to $1k
