TVH Parts Co Hiring for Global Digital Marketing Expert – HR at Olathe, KS Full Time

You represent digital marketing in local and global HR projects and can work closely together with other departments and agencies.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive the Digital Marketing HR experience and take ownership of several Digital Marketing HR projects.

• Act as the single point of contact within the digital marketing team for digital marketing HR projects and follow up the requests from our internal clients
• Be a main stakeholder in government of the TVH careersite and cooperate with other departments and digital colleagues on the further optimizations and digital tactics to implement inorder to maximize candidate experience throughout the end-to-end candidate journey, in line with the HR strategy
• Follow up the hands-on implementation of the improvements, leveraging an array of digital marketing tactics & channels where relevant: website content, SEO, marketing automation, paid media, user experience and conversion rate optimization, … and Constantly think of new ways to elevate the digital marketing tools and digital experience of our candidates and staff, make recommendations towards improvements, …
• Represent your domain and use your expertise to give advice during digital HR projects for TVH, and participate in workshops, demo’s and training
• Be the digital marketing voice and inspire stakeholders and project team members on how digital marketing actions can help TVH in optimizing their candidate and staff experience
• Be a digital marketing for HR ambassador across the company in order to support digital transformation in the company

HOW TO SUCCEED

We’re looking for someone who can come up with simple solutions to complex problems. To join us you need:

• Masters or Bachelors Degree in Business or Marketing or 5 years of equivalent work experience in the following:
• Digital content management and analytical tools such as Google Analytics and dashboarding tools
• Good knowledge of and experience with digital marketing tactics and channels (SEO, CRO, paid media, marketing automation)
• Tooling: Hotjar, A/B-testing and other relevant feedback tools
