Tut’s Egyptian Street Food is Looking for Restaurant Cashier Full Time

Tut’s Egyptian Street Food is a fast-growing quick service restaurant with a fun and welcoming environment.

We are looking for energetic staff with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn authentic Egyptian cuisine to join our King St location. We offer flexible hours, an inclusive friendly work environment, and enhanced health & dental benefits.

• Weekend night shift availability is a plus
• Take customer orders and process payments through POS.
• Ensure the efficient flow of orders from the Front of House to the Back of House and vice versa
• Relay special requests to the staff – (any allergies, mods to customer order, etc)
• Check dishes before delivery for accuracy, presentation, and temperature
• Accept orders from UberEats, DoorDash, and SkiptheDishes, and pack items in an orderly and timely manner
• Follow and practice safe food handling techniques and constantly maintain the cleanliness of the cashier and FOH areas
• Answer all menu and general inquiries
• Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times
• Ensure that the cashier station is adequately stocked with necessary supplies
• Other tasks as needed

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

Salary: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
