Tutor Me Education Hiring for Elementary Math Tutor at Charlotte, NC Full Time

Tutor Me Education is reshaping how students learn. We are looking for experienced tutors and teachers to provide 1:1 or group instruction for K-5th students in the Monroe area of North Carolina!

Here are the details:

• In-Person Instruction at one school location
• Set your own availability and change it at any time
• Set your own hourly rate and negotiate on a per job basis
• Preferred schedule: Fridays from 10am to 2pm; Ratio of 1 teacher to 10 students

Job requirements:

• Experience/Expertise in teaching/tutoring grades K-5th required
• Ability to teach small groups of students highly preferred
• Availability from 12:50-2:30pm EST, Monday through Friday, highly preferred
• Students need assistance with Phonics, Spelling, and K-5th Math
• Previous tutoring/teaching experience highly preferred
• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to make learning fun and interactive, with the focus of the tutoring often determined by student questions and comments
• Ability to pass a background check if required
