We are searching for a confident and enthusiastic person to be part of our team (£19K-22K)
tutоrhunt is the largest online tutоring company. We have been running for 17 years and are market leaders in helping families locate tutors. We are a small, friendly team currently located near Kings Cross station in London.
We are seeking someone to help with our tutor onboarding procedure, your primary role will involve interviewing our tutors through Zoom for most of the day. You may also be required to help with customer enquiries through our ticket system and phone calls.
Your common tasks will include;

• Interviewing our tutors online

• Reviewing profiles and internal messages from/to tutors and students

• Providing advice to our tutors and families

• Process Tutor Aplications, reviewing tutors identity documents, references and qualification certificates

• Answering and making calls to our tutors and students
• Responding to customer messages on our customer service portal
• Keeping up to date with our safeguarding policies and courses

Skills which are important for this role;

• Have impeccable written and spoken English
• A good understanding of dealing with customers.
• Be self-disciplined and have good time management
• Enjoy working within a fast-paced environment
• Be able to work independently or as part of a team

We are a growing company and there will also be the opportunity to get involved in other projects. We have an immediate vacancy for a full-time role (8.30am-5pm) Monday to Friday, plus the possibility for overtime work if desired.

We are flexible regarding remote working.
