Tusk Group are seeking to hire a part time Recruitment Resourcer. This role will be a contract role until December with the view to be extended based on volume through peak period. 30 hours per week across Monday – Friday.

This is a great opportunity to join Tusk’s fast paced and efficient on-site team. You will play a crucial role with recruiting top quality blue collar casual warehouse candidates for Kmart and Metcash.

The main duties in the role however not limited to include….

• Advertising through Seek and other mediums to attract the best candidates for Kmart & Metcash
• High volume recruitment
• Initial screening
• Video interviews
• Compliance processing – Online registration and site inductions and policies
• Compliance checking to Tusk standards & expectations
• Shortlisting for second interviews & induction
• Meeting assigned KPIs
