TurtlEd Hiring for Online Math Teacher (for either M/W or T/T afternoons PST) at Remote Full Time

We are currently looking for part-time online teachers who will teach math to students in grades 3 through 6 virtually. All of our teaching materials are developed by our dedicated curriculum development team so as a teacher, you don’t need to spend extra time on materials!

The primary responsibilities include:

– Teach Math for students
– Monitor and evaluate students’ progress
– Provide assessment results and feedback
– Collaborate with other educators and the curriculum dev team

Requirements for the role:

– A minimum of Bachelor’s degree
– A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience
– Valid teacher’s certificate (either active or expired)
– A freelancer/ teacher with online teaching experience and a passion for teaching!
– Experience with Zoom and Seesaw would be nice to have.
– Available to teach classes between 3 – 5pm PT on Mon/Wed or Tue/Thu from Sep/11 (Mon) through Nov/30 (Thu). You will be teaching the same group of students twice a week for 10 weeks. Subs will be provided in case of schedule conflicts

The position is 100% remote, and we are currently looking for licensed teachers that are based in the US only.

Pay: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour
