Turning Stone Resort Casino Hiring for Digital Marketing Specialist at Remote Full Time

The Digital Marketing Specialist is remote position that deploys tactics to drive online traffic to the company’s websites, updates consumer content that builds brand affinity and loyalty, implements ecommerce and path-to-purchase improvements to increase share of guest purchase and looks to connect upselling/ cross-marketing opportunities across the portfolio of brands under Turning Stone Resort Casino and Oneida Nation Enterprises. Working under the leadership of the Digital Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Specialist executes and measures performance of website updates for Turing Stone Resort Casino, Yellow Brick Road Casino, Point Place Casino, hotels, golf, spas, restaurants, nightclubs, weddings, sales, convenience stores, marinas, and eco-tourism including the Oneida Indian Nation Outfitters.

Responsibilities:

• Working with the Digital Marketing Manager, execute digital tactics for new and existing brands that help to grow target market share, increase sales revenue, attract new guests, increase guest retention, and enhance upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Assist with product development, pricing and new product launches.
• Track conversion rates and make continual content and ecommerce updates under the direction of the Digital Marketing Manager.
• Execute digital marketing campaigns working with the Digital Marketing Manager, Brand Planner and CRM Manager utilizing a range of techniques including remarketing, paid search, SEO and PPC.
• Work collaboratively with a team of marketing professionals to execute campaigns including promotional programs, digital communications, CRM and sales support.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of working experience in website management, online marketing, and SEO/SEM strategies.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain valid gaming license as required for Oneida Nation Enterprises.
• Excellent communication skills, project management efficacy– highly organized, results oriented, and able to take initiative and lead projects.
• Ability to work independently and as a team; ability to manage multiple projects and staff, including freelancers and vendors.
• Computer application proficiency (spreadsheets, word processing) including Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, UX, Dreamweaver, Google Analytics or others
• Experience with the JOINGO or other Mobile Engagement Platform preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,100.00 – $68,000.00 per year
