Job Description
The Global Recruitment Coordinator will be part of the global resourcing function, supporting internal talent mobility initiatives, workforce planning, recruitment process efficiencies and system optimisation.
Reporting into the Global People & Resourcing Manager to develop the recruitment systems roadmap and implement functionality to improve efficiencies from candidate attraction to onboarding.
Internal mobility
Delivering a high-quality candidate experience for employees applying to move internally
Managing the feedback process for both successful and unsuccessful applicants
Monitoring and overseeing the inter-company movement process between Turner & Townsend and CBRE
Liaising with hiring managers, HR and regional recruitment teams to proactively support sourcing and sharing internal candidates’ profiles
Building and maintaining an internal talent pool, promoting internal movement
Identifying opportunities for process improvement
Managing the flow of communication with HR, recruitment teams and internal candidates, in relation to internal mobility
Creating and reporting accurate recruiting metrics to highlight the internal application, interview and hiring activity
Participating in the creation of internal talent initiatives
Recruitment Systems Optimisation (SmartRecruiters / LinkedIn / DocuSign)
Being a global super-user for SmartRecruiters, LinkedIn, DocuSign
Training new and existing users on how to use the system, advising them on ways to optimize the system to better meet their needs and promoting full use of the product’s capabilities and functionality
Managing global LinkedIn account user and job slot administration
Designing and building new processes in the system as and when required
Managing and updating system process documentation, training materials, reference materials as needed to support users
Conducting regular optimisation calls with local offices to discuss usage, identify training and any other support needs
Working closely with the Global People & Resourcing Manager to understand optimisation and usage and helps plan functionality roll out
Collaborating with the HR Systems Reporting team to develop recruitment reports, and drive usage of reports by regions
Ensuring accurate data capture and reporting at the local and global levels
Driving efficiencies in onboarding process through use of our systems
Qualifications
Proven experience using or providing user support for recruitment systems
An interest in technology and optimising usage to improve efficiencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to speak to employees at all levels of seniority and to build strong relationships internally
Interest or experience in analytics and reporting
Experience of using Microsoft Excel
