The role will support the Operations Director, Operations Support and the consulting teams in the delivery of consultancy and transformation programmes and projects for high-profile infrastructure organisations.
The Finance Assistant will be technically strong, having responsibility for bringing financial excellence, rigour, clarity and certainty to the business accounting; invoicing, managing suppliers and contractors, ensuring accurate and timely information is supplied to the Management Team, the balance sheets and all financial management reporting.
This will require working with the Operations Director and the various Project Managers to ensure accurate, up-to-date forecasting and client invoicing while managing the transaction processes through the Finance IT system.
They will have excellent proficiency in IT Finance systems and be part of the overall transformation of Finance data through the newly integrated D365 system.
