Turner Job Corps Center Hiring for Senior Residential Advisor Job at Albany, GA Full Time
- Monitor and control dormitory conditions; evaluate situations and conditions within the dormitories and make decisions or recommendations to residential coordinator.
- Provide input to supervision regarding the performance of residential advisors assigned to dormitory. Perform administrative duties involving student passes, leaves, evaluations, progress reports, emergencies, and terminations.
- Perform residential advisor functions as necessary to ensure safety and proper student behavior in the dormitories.
- Coordinate activities of dormitory including recreation and entertainment on and off center, extended day learning activities, and the dorm courts program.
Experience/Education:
High school diploma or GED and two years experience working with youth. Excellent written and verbal communications skills and computer proficiency required. Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record, unless waived by management.
