Primary job duties include:

-Build and develop relationships within Turnbridge to assist with job postings, schedule and facilitate initial interviews, and share the best candidates with the requesting department so that they can conduct second interviews;

-Actively recruit utilizing LinkedIn, Indeed, and social media to find and attract the best people from around Connecticut and the U.S.;

-Know our programs inside and out in order to be able to share about what we do; and

-Share your ideas and execute them to improve all processes related to talent acquisition.

This position reports to the HR manager and works closely with many department and program heads.

Pay: $52,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
