General Function:
As a Tura Key Account Sales Manager you will be responsible for the growth and management of certain existing chain optical accounts along with development of new customers in North America. Tura offers uncapped earning potential which consists of base salary, monthly commission on net sales, outstanding health, dental and vision benefits and a 401K program.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Manage and grow certain existing chain optical accounts in North America.
· Deliver/exceed sales targets by consistently engaging with active accounts, seeking new opportunities, and managing customer relationships.
· Ensure consistent execution for our key accounts by managing and communicating business processes through internal teams including product design/development, marketing, executive management and operations.
· Ongoing prospecting and engagement with targeted new accounts.
Basic Qualifications:
· 5+ years of direct sales experience in the eyecare/optical industry.
· Strong relationship building skills and ability to ascertain customer’s business needs
· Effective abilities for both written and verbal communication.
· Proven ability to establish rapport and develop relationships
· Successful organizational, problem solving and time management skills
· Ability to travel extensively with frequent overnights
