Your Responsibilities:

• Managing the customer support department’s day-to-day functions.
• Establish department protocols and communication standards.
• Creating and implementing customer service policies and procedures.
• Creation of public-facing communications in adherence with brand standards.
• Rapid response to ongoing customer support issues and inquiries.
• Creating and implementing ing and analytics for internal stakeholders.
• Interviewing and hiring new employees.
• Creation and implementation of training materials and standards.
• Overseeing and evaluating the team’s ongoing performance.
• Delivering performance evaluations and following the disciplinary process according to Company policy.
