Tumara Care Hiring for HR Operations Manager at Ealing Full Time

We are seeking a HR Operations Manager for one of the oldest charities in the world.

As a HR Operations Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a generalist HR service and giving full support to the Area Managers and Regional Manager across the charity.

It is expected that you will have experience in a similar role and have a sound knowledge of employment law. Ideally you will have completed your CIPD Level 5 qualification or be close to completion. You will have excellent communication skills and an ability to influence others with sound commercial understanding and pragmatic approach to problem solving.

Further information

The core area of your role will be Employee Relations. You will be responsible for managing complex casework including disciplinary and capability processes, absence management and right to work issues. Experience of developing policies, coaching managers and project management are also necessary for this role.

You will be exposed to a fast paced, varied and exciting role, with opportunities to get involved in new initiatives.
