You will drive the delivery of an outstanding candidate experience that supports our employer and consumer brand. You will be great at building and maintaining positive relationships inside and outside of TUI, supporting Hiring Managers and Recruitment support teams across the TUI Airline to fulfil their pilot and cabin crew recruitment campaign requirements.

As we return to the offices you will need to be within a commutable distance of our Luton offices for a mixture of working from home and coming into the office for collaboration sessions that just simply work best in person!

ABOUT THE ROLE
You’ll be managing the end-to-end recruitment process for TUI Airline Pilots & Cabin Crew campaigns and attracting high calibre candidates using a mix of methodologies. Designing application screening criteria, assessment materials and providing regular business updates in relation to campaigns, projects, and new processes. Coaching and training hiring managers and recruitment support teams on recruitment best practice, process, systems, and current legislation. Drive delivery of a positive, customer centric, candidate experience that sees all candidates as customers and ensures, regardless of outcome, positive perceptions of TUI’s employer brand. Building strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, internal and external, we really are a people business so this matters.
ABOUT YOU
Experience of customer facing volume recruitment (in an in-house or agency role) with a sound understanding of volume assessment tools and the recruitment lifecycle. Ability to operate at pace and juggle multiple demands, including the ability to flex and support other business functions when required Driven, proactive and solutions-focused Passionate about personal development, sharing knowledge and building others capability, willing and able to quickly learn and apply new skills and knowledge Good working knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation and emerging recruitment trends It helps if you love holidays as we are all passionate about the happiness, experience and memories you gain through travel.
