TUI Hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist, Contact Centre Job at Luton, East of England, England Full Time

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who gets a buzz out of assisting hiring managers find their next team member, someone who gets excited reaching out to new talent, potentially helping them secure their next career move. We’re a collaborative team who care about providing a great service, whilst also working in a fun environment.

You’ll drive the delivery of an outstanding candidate experience that supports our employer and consumer brand. You’ll be great at building and maintaining positive relationships inside and outside of TUI, supporting hiring managers to fulfil their recruitment requirements.

You’ll need to be within a commutable distance of our Luton and Swansea offices for a mixture of working from home and the office for collaboration sessions that just simply work best in person!

ABOUT THE ROLE

Manage the end to end recruitment process for key roles within our Contact Centre Team.

Support the business to attract and source candidates using a mix of methodologies.

Design and deliver compelling and authentic candidate attraction content.

Coach and train hiring resource on recruitment best practice, process, systems, and current legislation.

Drive a positive, customer-centric, candidate experience that sees all candidates as customers and ensures, regardless of outcome, positive perceptions of TUI’s employer brand.

Build strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, we really are a people business so this matters.

ABOUT YOU

Experience in customer facing volume recruitment with a sound understanding of assessment tools and recruitment lifecycle.

Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment

Driven, proactive and solutions-focused.

Passionate about personal development, a willing to learn and apply new skills, sharing knowledge and building others capability.

Good working knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation and emerging recruitment trends.
