TUI Hiring for HR Data Analyst at Luton Full Time

As an HR Employee Experience (EX) Data Analyst you will support and contribute to the Group’s global HR data strategies. The aim is to consolidate and validate core HR employee data from across the globe and provide information to key business areas or external partners to improve and maintain the data quality, to enable delivery of the ‘Employee Experience Listening’ – our Group employee surveys program. This newly created role is a great opportunity to get exposure and be involved in the implementation of the new Employee Experience surveys tool, with a focus on the data aspects, from the initial set-up and throughout the entire rollout process.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Responsible for the quality of data held within TUI People system (SuccessFactors) that drives the EX Listening program, by establishing effective relationships with broader HR data teams, key HR, IT and business contacts

Conduct regular audits to ensure consistency, accuracy & quality of data, incl. data deletion for the purpose of the EX listening program

You will provide support through the initial EX project implementation (e.g. data integration, UAT, core data model population), transition to BAU, and further BAU activities

Support key steps of the project, particularly with regular ‘Surveys’ tasks, e.g. invitation management, admin rights management

Responsible for all query resolution relating to EX Listening data requirements (e.g. reporting hierarchies), achieved by collaborating with source markets/ local data teams, wider HR and IT teams

ABOUT YOU

Experience in a HR Systems/ Analyst role, ideally with cloud based HR Systems (Success Factors)

Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills to work at different levels of the organisation

Good attention to detail without becoming data blind. You must be able to see the bigger picture and the importance of delivery as agreed

Strong analytical capabilities and a willingness and ability to quickly learn new tools and software

Fluent English is essential, German language skills desirable
