Join our TUI Musement Finance team as a Finance Analyst to provide support to the FP&A Manager – Central Entities, driving forward the agenda of an optimised monthly accounting and reporting process for the TUI MM cost base.
ABOUT THE JOB:
- You will be responsible for managing month end processes for the TUI MM central cost base. This will involve working alongside the MMBS team to ensure relevant invoicing is processed and adequate provisions are made on a monthly basis.
- You will be working within the group consolidation system (HFM) completing enrichments and disclosures required by TUI Group accounting policies. This will include Headcount and FTE reporting, alongside working with intercompany partners to facilitate reconciliation of balances and optimise invoice account processing.
- You will support in the regular review of balance sheets for a set of legal entities, helping to identify relevant risks and opportunities within the cost base to communicate to the FP&A Manager – Central Entities.
- You will assist in quarterly and yearly audit and statutory reporting requirements.
- You will provide ad-hoc support in both developing and enhancing reporting for monitoring the TUI MM central cost base performance.
ABOUT YOU:
- Entry-level / part-qualified accountant or relevant degree
- Driven individual with a proactive attitude and approach
- Strong analytical skills and able to deal with complexity and ambiguity
- Excellent attention to detail
- Evidence of driving process improvement and optimisation
- Proficient in using Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent level of English, both written and verbal. Any additional language advantageous.
