Associate Director of Global Digital Marketing

Location : San Rafael, CA (Hybrid Work Arrangement)

W-2 Contract Duration : 1 year (Potential for Conversion to Full-Time)

Pay Rate : $80 – $89.54 per hour

We’re searching for an innovative Associate Director of Global Digital Marketing to drive our brand strategies in achondroplasia and enzyme replacement therapy through strategic and impactful digital campaigns.

Your Role :

As the Associate Director of Global Digital Marketing, you’ll lead digital transformation for our brands. Collaborate across functions and regions to develop and execute multi-dimensional customer engagement strategies.

Leverage your expertise in multichannel and omnichannel marketing to amplify disease awareness and treatment possibilities, ultimately fueling revenue growth.

What You’ll Do :

• Craft and execute strategic multichannel and omnichannel marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, agencies, and global partners.
• Utilize Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, and other digital analytics tools.
• Create insightful presentations and s to inform decision-making.
• Innovate and adapt in dynamic environments to drive marketing excellence.
• Manage agencies effectively to achieve marketing brilliance.
• Travel up to 10% domestically and internationally to make a difference.

Qualifications :

• 7-10 years of experience in multichannel / omnichannel marketing.
• Strong expertise in digital strategy, SEO, PPC, and website ecosystems.
• Proven ability to turn data into actionable insights and impactful presentations.
• Experience collaborating with global teams and stakeholders.
• Pharma / biotech industry experience is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Life Sciences (MBA preferred).
