Job Requirements
To effectively and professionally deliver Tubers Academy curriculum. The job requires creating engaging, caring and nurturing environment for young people to express themselves digitally with guidance in creating great video content. Forward planning of fun and interactive group sessions to informative training for individual members with support on their projects. The successful applicant needs to be a passionate and committed team member and strive towards excellence in service delivery.
Nature of the role
This role is part-time with hours available during evenings and weekends, including Sundays when required. The position involves working a minimum of 15 hours per week, (Monday, Wednesday, Friday 4pm till late and Saturday from 9.00am till 12noon), with potential to expand.
The successful applicant must be confident in supporting up to 20 members at a time to deliver training and video production experiences.
Applicants must be flexible to work overtime when required and cover shifts as and when needed. Whilst most shifts will be routine, Tubers host regular events and birthday parties that will also be a part of the successful applicants responsibilities upon agreement. Whilst the position is based at one of our centres, candidates may be required on occasion to travel to the second branch (or any future branches) when required.

Tubers Academy believes that effective training and support is critical for all team members to succeed and thrive in their roles. Successful candidate will be required to undertake training on both the technology and business procedures and policies. In-house training listed below but not limited to:
