Tube Art Group Hiring for Construction Site Project Manager Full Time

Leading electrical & architectural sign company Tube Art Group is looking for a motivated and experienced Construction Site Project Manager to join our outstanding team in Seattle, WA. Our ideal candidate is a successful team player who is motivated to help build a strong and respected field operations group.

The Construction Site Project Manager will be responsible for receiving requests to repair, service, fabricate and install signage, scheduling service and installation orders by hiring and directing crews through our network of signage subcontractors, following up to ensure services and installations are completed, issuing orders to our fabrication plant and ensuring jobs are properly billed by the accounting department. You will also assist the project team by obtaining surveys and code checks and issuing orders to obtain permits for new sign installations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Receiving and coordinating client requests for repair, service, fabrication and install of interior and exterior illuminated and non-illuminated signage

· Assisting with hiring and directing internal and subcontracting crews

· Working with manufacturing facilities to ensure work orders are processed accurately and on time

· Ensuring that all projects are completed within budget

· Assisting with obtaining project surveys, code checks and permits

Required Qualifications and Work Experience:

· Prior construction site project management, foreman or sign installation experience required

· 2-3 years’ minimum professional PM experience in sign or construction industry required

· Scheduling experience using MS Project or similar software preferred

· Demonstrated organizational skills and abilities to multi-task in a fast-paced environment required

· Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate al at levels within an organization

· Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook

· High school diploma required, college degree preferred

· Valid WA State driver’s license required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $33.00 – $35.00 per hour
