We are seeking recruiting experts. People who have a passion for working with clients to fill their unique needs. These are hybrid roles of supporting large NON-MSP accounts where your talent acquisition and Staffing experience along with client relationships skills will be challenged daily.

You must be passionate about pipelining and have proven discipline to respond quickly to client requests as well as educate clients on labor market trends within the industry.

You develop solid relationships with your candidates and never leave them in the dark by always closing the loop.

You consider yourself a project manager of sorts with abilities to mange and scale for larger hiring initiatives.

You consider yourself industry agnostic. It doesn’t matter to you if its an engineering position in automotive or a performance consultant in the learning space. You will dive in to learn your client’s business; their likes and dislikes; and quickly understand what it will take to make placements with them.

You learn from your mistakes but are not afraid to jump into the deep end to become that trendsetter in the industry.

You are data driven and understand how to leverage information from your ATS to make you more efficient.

You enjoy sharing your recruiting jedi tricks with others and understand the value of growing together as a team.
