Our client has an exciting opportunity to join their Global Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence. This is a key role in Global TA Innovation to enable us to drive strategic initiatives and continue to innovate and enhance our recruitment experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers on a global scale while supporting at the regional level.
Candidate Profile
At your core, you are a disciplined project manager in trending and leading Talent Acquisition Technology who strives to deliver innovation, efficiency, and the ultimate candidate/customer experience through continuous improvement, technology, and strategic channels. You have a passion for recruiting and supporting at the regional level with the ability to take on global ownership. You are a solution guru and will problem solvewith customer excellence in mind. You can wear many hats at once in our organization and will take on stretch assignments to challenge your growth.
Key Areas: Technology and Innovation, Project and Change Management (PMO – TA), Infrastructure Support and Solutions, Strategic Advisory and Planning, Continuous Improvement and Process Management, TA Vendor and Partnership Administration, and TA Training: Facilitation and Documentation
Experience
· Undergraduate Four-Year Degree (Bachelor Level) Required with Major in Human Resources, Business, Project Management, or related field.
· Advanced Degree is a Plus
· Project Management Certification is Preferred
· 5+ years progressively responsible experience in Human Resourcesat a large global corporation; extensive experience in a talent acquisition or talent management specialty function a plus OR HR Consulting experience with a focus on Talent specialty and Strategic Innovation/Technology.
· 3+ Years of Project Management experience with a focus on technology and/or program implementations.
· The disciplined project manager who strives to deliver innovation, efficiency, and the ultimate candidate/customer experience through technology. Experience in Strategic Innovation or Program Management is a plus.
· 2+ Years of HR Technology experience or systems experience desired on a global scale: Workday ATS, Virtual Interviewing Platforms, Career Site Management, Digital Media, Social Platforms.
· Possesses a proven record of accomplishment of successfully leading technology and strategic program implementations with a focus on business integration.
· Highly motivated self-starter comfortable leading, influencing, and innovating.
· Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the company and externally with a variety of stakeholders.
· Demonstrated capability as a project manager, successfully managing and delivering simultaneously on multiple projects over multiple geographies or regions.
· Able to prioritize and meet deadlines with a demonstrated ability to influence without authority, persuade and negotiate at all levels.
· Successful experience with creating and delivering presentations to senior audiences.
· Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and keep pace with a high volume of activity and demand.
· Confidence to communicate at all levels of the organization and the humility to learn from others around the world.
· Customer service excellence orientation and things of employees as customers making sure they have unique and positive experiences.
· HR functional knowledge of employment law and hiring practices.
· Excellent written and verbal communication.

· Passionate about innovative technology that has not been considered and can create creative solutions with existing resources/infrastructure.
· Bi-Lingual is a plus by Regional Support focus with preferred languages being Spanish (Latin America), French, or Chinese.
· Ability to travel regionally up to 15% of the time (Post Covid-19) and flexibility to attend events/meetings on evenings and weekends as needed.
Responsibilities
· Technology and Innovation
· Support the company’s Talent Acquisition Technology portfolio as the Manager in Region with a particular focus on global tech stack alignment, deployment, and management to include ATS (Workday Recruiting), Interviewing and Screening Platforms, RPA, and Career Site optimization projects across the business enterprise. A key partner with Regional TA Leadership, RPO teams, GPS, Digital, HR Technology, and COE workstream leads to deliver forward-leaning, efficient technology that enhances the Recruiter, Candidate, and Customer experience at the local and regional level.
· Manage total testing, validation, and implementation for business integration approval and ensure all compliance matters around TA Technology, Enhancements, or Changes/Updates are deployed effectively in the region.
· Manage technical support issue escalation, downtime monitoring, and resolution paths for operational recruiting teams and RPOs in partnership with COE streams, vendors, and global partners.
· Support In-house and RPO teams in assessment, review, and recommendation of regional and local tech stack deliverables.
· Evaluate and support the launch of new and emerging recruitment technology, in partnership with Global PMO TA Leads while creating visibility and awareness across the Global TA Team on pilots, results and future roadmap.
· Manage and deliver technology enhancements regionally leading to increased recruiter and hiring manager efficiency.
· Project and Change Management (PMO – TA)
· Lead regional project teams accountable for the execution of Key Talent Acquisition projects; including workflow, candidate journey/experience, compliance/reporting, Career Sites, Media and Hiring Initiative Support, Job Feeds, and TA technology at the regional and country levels.
· Serve as PMO coordinator or regional project lead on global recruiting projects, initiatives, and transformations while also managing implementations and rollouts in partnership with internal and vendor workstreams.
· Manage communications, change management, schedules, deliverables, and planning for projects within Global TA with cross-functional support and partnering to ensure on-time execution.
· Report on risks and limitations plus project statuses and coordinate meetings plus work to remove obstacles on project delivery.
· Infrastructure Support and Solutions
· Bring a level of outside / in expertise providing consultative support and collaborative brainstorming to overcome challenges and heighten recruitment strengths around technology, infrastructure, or media solutions to advise our operational recruiting and RPO Partners as a key subject matter expert.
· Manage users, reporting, and administration of vendor systems and technology solutions such as Workday Recruiting, and related.
· Set up and control internal and external communication engines, SharePoint websites, team’s collaboration, general email boxes, distribution lists, and security access management.
· Support hiring initiatives and event solutions that also support the execution of such events within region.
· Identifies potential risks and owns delivery of mitigating/ resolving actions for process or compliance issues.
· Strategic Advisory and Planning
· Proactively reach out to talent acquisition partners and business teams across the globe/region to understand market-specific challenges and business priorities.
· Support M&A plus divest/spin activities from a TA perspective as a key PMO member and focus area owner within designated streams of focus.
· Supports the continued evolution towards a Community of Expertise-level depth and services and ensuring customer service excellence is delivered at all times and buy-in is achieved from stakeholders.
· Continuous Improvement and Process Management
· Drives Continuous Improvements and efficiency enhancements, while analyzing and creating solutions around business process and integration.
· Review of processes and partner processes to help align a global standard across work streams as it relates to recruiting while safeguarding a focus on simplicity, efficient, and accessible methods to support a better customer/candidate experience and operational recruiting.
· TA Vendor and Partnership Administration
· Review and assess vendors in the country and in region to best support the needs of operational recruiting while maintaining a competitive edge in the recruiting space and working to enhance local subject matter knowledge and global tech stack improvements with a specific focus on Technology, Innovation, Infrastructure, and Creative Media.
· Execute the contract process in partnership with legal, procurement, and privacy while ensuring that advisory services to the operational recruiting team include advisory on vendor management rules and engagement. Manage regulatory review and presentations for work councils, IT622, PIA’s, and data privacy
· TA Training: Facilitation and Documentation
· Manages the ongoing review and update of documentation around technology, recruiting, and resources that support hiring managers, recruiters, and employees by delivering on our Recruiting For Carrier training content and Learning Course development.
· Monitor change management of systems to ensure all changes, updates, and details are communicated in update training, documentation, and communications to all global teams based on updates, changes, and new processes both in systems and operational recruiting in partnership with HRT, GPS, and HR.
· Develop Training Tools to help leverage multiple learning types and in multiple languages, coordinate translation services or internal teams to complete projects, and facilitate trainings plus update trainings.
