TT Electronics plc Hiring for Talent Advisor Job at Bedlington, England Full Time

Role Overview and Responsibilities:

• Key recruitment partner for the Bedlington business partners
• Manage full end-to-end recruitment cycle.
• Leverage all available sourcing channels to maximise direct hiring capabilities ensuring appropriate channels are used including job boards, social media and LinkedIn
• Manage all applications via our ATS in an appropriate way ensuring feedback is provided when relevant
• Conduct screening on candidates and present shortlist to hiring leaders with an overview
• Management of the full offer process from verbal offer through to post offer paperwork and contracts including ensuring information is present for audit purposes
• Work closely with the relevant team members promoting collaboration across team
• Establish strong relationships with hiring managers to drive short term success but also look to drive long-term recruitment hiring requirements
• Work in partnership with leaders and provide practical advice on interview techniques, testing and selection criteria
• Provide market analysis for the hiring community including salary benchmarking and candidate profiling
• Be a brand ambassador and help to establish TT’s employer brand both internally and externally through regularly activity on available social channels, attendance of networking events and other such activity
• Provide regular reporting on key metrics such as time to hire, cost per hire etc
• Support the Talent planning and review activities to establish a pipeline of available talent

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes:

• RPO, Agency or In-House Recruitment experience required
• Proven experience delivering direct recruitment through a variety of sourcing routes such as job boards, referrals and social media including LinkedIn
• Experience of recruitment within the Engineering/Manufacturing sector would be advantageous but not a necessity, as we are looking for a strong credible recruiter
• An ability to identify candidates aligned to company values and that provide an excellent cultural fit
• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns at any one time
• Demonstrable experience in of knowing your competitors and the attraction of relevant associated industry talent
• Presentable and personable with strong, proven stakeholder management skills
• Experience of developing and using a variety of selection tools including ability tests, personality profiling and competency based interviews
• Strong experience recruiting at all business levels

• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
