Job Summary:

Revamp Company is seeking an ambitious and results-driven aggressive Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top-tier sales representatives to join our company. Your primary responsibility will be to engage in cold calling and proactive sourcing techniques to discover, evaluate, and recruit talented sales professionals who will contribute to the growth and success of our organization. Responsibilities:

• Conduct aggressive outbound cold calling campaigns to generate a pipeline of potential sales candidates.
• Utilize online platforms, job boards, and social media to actively source and identify top-notch sales professionals.
• Review and analyze resumes and applications to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the sales roles within Revamp Company.
• Conduct pre-screening interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and motivation for the position.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and team leads to understand their specific sales team needs and requirements.
• Create compelling job postings and advertisements to attract qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates and referrals within the sales industry.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in sales recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Strong ability to cold call and proactively seek out potential sales candidates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and internal stakeholders effectively.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and hiring top-performing sales representatives.
• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and platforms, including online job boards and social media.
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• High level of resilience and a go-getter attitude to achieve recruitment goals.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to secure the best talent for the company.

Compensation:

The Sales Recruiter will receive a competitive salary of $18 per hour, totaling $37,440 annually. Additionally, this position is eligible for performance-based bonuses based on the successful recruitment of qualified sales representatives. The bonus structure will be outlined upon successful hiring.
