We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible, IT expert to join our small IT team and provide a first class service to colleagues across the business and across the country.

Principal Objectives:

• Maintain Company IT Hardware
• Laptops
• Desktops
• Tablets
• Phones
• Copiers/Printers
• Work with wider IT team to backfill Networking Activities
• Work with wider IT team to assist in minor developments

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the business by providing new-starters equipment quickly and accurately
• Performing Level 1 Support for Hardware and Software issues on company tools
• Remotely support Field employees with Android Tablets
• Build knowledge of internal networks
• User Support for VoIP phone system
• Liaise with third party IT service and hardware providers
• Project Work as Required
• Travel to all company’s UK locations
• Other duties as required

• Attention to detail
• Hardware and electronics knowledge
• Router and Networking Exposure
• Understanding of Relational Databases
• Competent with Microsoft tools

• Good communication skills
• Eager to learn
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP

Skills & Abilities Required for This Position (Desirable):

• Experience managing Android based devices
• Experience of SQL
• Familiar with JavaScript
• Advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of Active Directory

Education:

• Higher Education Qualification in IT
