Job Description

Being part of the team means:

• Fully paid comprehensive training: We will take you through our 6 week training period, where we teach you everything from Telstra products, customer handling and sales techniques.
• Support is always there: We know a new role can be stressful which is why the support will still be there even after you leave training.
• WFH Options: After 6 months and when you’ve practised what we teach, you can work from home 2 days per week
• Uncapped Commissions: You perform- we pay!! Earn monthly commissions on top of your base salary. OTE’s will have your earning $80k+ per year.

What You’ll Do

• Answer inbound calls from small business owners where you will represent, promote and sell a wide range of Telstra products and services.
• Provide expert advice on Telstra products and services that best suit their needs and lifestyle
• Provide empathy and understanding to your customers through effective communication skills
• Take ownership, withhold confidence in your ability to de-escalate any customer grievances
• Be available when our customers need us, flex to the hours that are required

• Availability to work Monday – Friday 5am – 4pm (7.6 hr shifts)
