This is an exciting opportunity to represent Australia’s largest telecommunications company, you will answer calls from everyday Aussies, calling through with enquiries for new and existing Telstra services and products.

Job Description

  • Fully paid comprehensive training: We will take you through our 6 week training period, where we teach you everything from Telstra products, customer handling and sales techniques
  • Learn while you earn: You will be eligible to complete a Cert III in Business, during work hours, fully paid by us
  • WFH Options: After you’ve practised what we teach, you can work from home 2 days per week
  • Uncapped Commissions: You perform- we pay, earning fortnightly commissions. On track earnings will have you earning over $80, 000 per year

What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound calls, engage with customers by asking questions regarding their enquiry, assisting them in finding a resolution
  • Provide expert advice on Telstra products and services that best suit their needs and lifestyle
  • Provide empathy and understanding to your customers through effective communication skills
  • Take ownership, show confidence in your ability to de-escalate any customer grievances
  • Be available when our customers need us, flex to the hours that are required

  • Have a fixed internet connection and suitable work from home set-up
  • Availability to work Monday – Friday, between 7am – 6pm and Saturday, between 8am – 4:30pm.
