The Healthcare Recruiter will source and cultivate relationships with clinicians interested in contract and direct-hire opportunities through Tryfacta for specific healthcare facilities.The Healthcare Recruiter will cultivate relationships with healthcare professionals interested in local per diem and travel shifts. He or she will provide the best possible experience for our healthcare professionals through initiating contact, maintaining exceptional rapport and providing extraordinary customer service.

Job Title: Healthcare Recruiter

Location: Nationwide locations

We are actively seeking strong Healthcare Recruiters to join our successful fast-growing team. The below-mentioned requirement might be a perfect fit for you.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling the complete recruitment life cycle for direct federal and state Healthcare clients in the US, including sourcing, screening, negotiating, scheduling interviews, updating resumes, follow-ups, etc.
• Develop action plans/recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various job portals and networking websites.
• Responsible for handling different types of healthcare requirements like RN, LVN, CNA, CMA, Physicians, Pharmacists, etc.
• Responsible for collecting and validating licenses and certificates for healthcare professionals
• Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interviews and confirmed joining/placements
• To ensure Recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met as mutually agreed with operations and other key stakeholders.
• Regular Interaction/daily meetings with the team to discuss requirements, determine focus, sourcing strategies, interview evaluations, offers, hires, and future requirements and create a funnel of potential candidates proactively.
• Updating trackers and maintaining reports

• The ideal candidate will be highly driven with superior communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be self-motivated and must possess a good attitude
• Should have the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced & metrics-driven environment
• The candidate should be well versed with US healthcare recruitment patterns
• The candidate must have a clear understanding of benefits, compensation, US work authorization/Visa/employment types, and terms like W2, 1099, GC, OPT, CPT, H-1B, etc.
• The candidate must have the ability to be an independent contributor and must be able to work with less supervision.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in US Healthcare Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
• Strong communication skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs
• Proficient typing abilities
• Understanding of social media functions

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 – $55.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay

Experience:

• Recruiting: 2 years (Preferred)
• healthcare recruitment: 2 years (Required)
• Syracuse Area Hospitals Recruitment: 1 year (Required)
