Trustmark is currently seeking a Manager, Client Services, to join the team. This is a remote position.

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of billing, client services and premium reconciliation team in order to meet established standards of quality and quantity. Monitors performance measures of the department and recommends corrective actions as necessary.

Job Responsibilities

• Develops, coaches and provides feedback to team members
• Oversee day to day billing operations that workload is being completed within standards
• Handles escalated service issues with internal and external customers
• Helps identify process improvement opportunities within department and sometimes leads

Education And Experience

• 3 years plus management experience preferred
• Excellent business communication skills (verbal and written)
• Detail oriented with multi-tasking abilities
• Excellent organizational skills
• High school diploma or GED, Associate or Bachelor Degree preferred
