About the role
Our people are key to the success of our business and are at the heart of our culture. We are looking for an experienced individual to help scale our teams and build the home of home ownership.
The role will involve:

• Influencing and partnering with the senior tech leadership teams by providing specialist and strategic advice in relation to talent attraction initiatives.
• Owning full recruitment life cycle for all tech roles:
• Managing the full recruitment process to ensure exquisite candidate experience.
• Sourcing top quality candidates to join our Product & Engineering team as our business scales.
• Owning the hiring pipelines and devising innovative recruitment strategies
• Conduct executive search for positions, including identifying and sourcing candidates, recruitment and selection processes
• Shaping and sharing our outward facing employer brand using appropriate tools and resources.

About you

• Proven experience in Tech recruitment, including experience working in-house in a technology focused business.
• Proven headhunter; with experience hiring a range of profiles.
• You are able to build networks both internally and externally in the industry.
• Work to a high standard individually as well as part of a team.
• Prioritise key tech hires for the business.
• Ability to communicate with people across the Product & Tech team and will understand the skills and qualities required by each.
• You’ll be dynamic, engaging and able to build genuine relationships to deliver at pace in a fast-moving, high growth business.
• You’ll be well-versed in social media, professional and online recruitment platforms, and have experience of managing agency relationships.
