Trussle Hiring for Talent Acquisition Partner Job at London, England Full Time

Our people are key to the success of our business and are at the heart of our culture. We are looking for an experienced individual to help scale our teams and build the home of home ownership for an initial 6 months on a fixed term contract

The role will involve

• Influencing and partnering with the senior leadership teams by providing specialist and strategic advice in relation to talent attraction initiatives.
• Managing the full recruitment process to ensure exquisite candidate experience.
• Sourcing top quality candidates to join our Sales, Operations, Engineering, Product and Design teams as our business scales.
• Owning the hiring pipelines and devising innovative recruitment strategies
• Conduct executive search for senior positions, including identifying and sourcing candidates, recruitment and selection processes
• Shaping and sharing our outward facing employer brand using appropriate tools and resources.
• Impacting employment branding initiatives in consultation with the Marketing & Communications team.

About you:

• Proven experience in recruitment, including experience working in-house in a technology focused business.
• Proven headhunter; with experience hiring a range of profiles.
• You are able to build networks both internally and externally in the industry.
• Work to a high standard individually as well as part of a team.
• Prioritise key hires for the business
• Communicating with people across a wide variety of teams and will understand the skills and qualities required by each.
• You’ll be dynamic, engaging and able to build genuine relationships to deliver at pace in a fast-moving, high growth business.
• You’ll be well-versed in social media, professional and online recruitment platforms, and have experience of managing agency relationships.
• Previous experience working in and building teams within growth businesses would be highly advantageous.

The total rewards package and remuneration will be based on experience and potential but is highly competitive.

Trussle operates a WFA in the UK-based approach. As long as you are ok to come into the London office occasionally you can work where you like the rest of the time
