Your Mission
Understand the needs of our channel partners, and, through collaboration with our Sales and Marketing team, ensure they receive the training, tools and support necessary to satisfy those needs and grow their sales.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to solve customer challenges and assist them in reaching their sales goals
Identify development and growth opportunities for new and existing partners
Onboard and educate new and existing partners and empower them for success
Ensure successful conversion of leads through Channel Partners
Build reports and presentations for customer meetings
Develop and communicate relevant Channel Partner reporting (sales, inventory, KPI’s, etc.)
Ensure that all relevant Channel Partner information and activities are captured within our Salesforce CRM
Understanding of competitive and alternative product market conditions
On a daily basis, ensure you operate with the Trusscore Way in mind, and this is reflected in your communications with customers, partners and team members.
Qualifications
Experience supporting channel partners in a distribution environment
Customer-first Mindset
Excellent computer skills – Proficient in MS Office such as Word, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong time management with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and activities
Strong organizational skills and detailed oriented
Excellent communication verbally and in writing
Ability to overcome challenges with patience and creativity
