This position provides project management, support, process improvement identification and implementation, maintenance and training focusing on the Business Applications for Procurement and Logistics Process Solutions.
SAP Business Systems Analyst Responsibilities
- Consultant for the business in Procurement and Logistics Process Solutions
- Provide end-to-end, 2nd level support and serve as contact for key users
- User Incident, Request and Demand Management
- Drive continuous improvement activities and projects
- Member of the S/4HANA Project Team to drive and support the successful implementation globally
- Build the Business Application Key User community and be the link to business process manager and IT Architects in the central department
- Develop and maintain key user training documentation and provide training to all new key users and existing key users as necessary
Key Skills/Talent/Knowledge
- SAP SD and MM modules
- Third party Shipping Management System (ShipERP)
- Returns processing including ARM.
- ITIL and project and process management skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Customer-oriented, conflict resolution skills and a cooperative leadership style
- Overarching understanding of business and production processes
- Experience in manufacturing industry, preferrable machinery
- Hands-on mentality combined with a results-oriented approach to work
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning
- Working in an international environment
- Fluent in English (verbally and in writing); some Spanish language skills (verbally and in writing) a plus
Experience
5 years SAP working experience, preferably worked abroad in multinational environment.
Education
Undergraduate Degree/Business or Computer Science/Technology. Graduate degree preferred or comparable working experience.
