Truly Beauty Hiring for Digital Marketing Strategist (for Beauty Brand) Full Time

Truly is currently looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist to join the team, ing to the Head of Social. You are responsible for delivering inspiring, disruptive, and innovative content to help engage new + existing fans of Truly Beauty. We’re looking for an organized team player with a sharp creative mind who understands social strategy content across various channels.

What You’ll Do At Truly Beauty

• Organic social media including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Facebook Group, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube
• Create thumbstop-worthy video content and graphics for paid media
• Community management
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, blogs).
• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
• Set specific objectives, KPIs and on ROI.
• Manage all day-to-day social media strategy and implementation, including curating content, implementing paid promotion for social posts, managing contests/events, overseeing and handling community communications.
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategize our Truly’s social media calendar, including but not limited to:
• Mapping out the cadence of content with go-live dates on quarterly calendars
• Scheduling all content and posting live where applicable
• Demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including listening skills, extreme attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills
• Suggest and implement new features & promotions to develop brand awareness.
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.

We Are Looking For People Who

• Minimum 1-2 year experience social media management
• Graphic design experience is preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong relationship-building skills and extreme attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines successfully
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience*
• You are a visual storyteller with strong experience bringing content to life. You understand how content is created and optimized for each output, while adhering to internal strategies and best practices.
• You are proficient in all social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, etc) and understand how to create content for each.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop + Illustrator, Final Cut & graphic design tools is a PLUS
• Must be in the LA area and willing to come into office
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per year
