About The Opportunity

This role exists primarily for prospecting, attracting, and acquiring new business. Sales Directors may be assigned regional territories or have national responsibilities for business development across one or more segments.

What will you be doing?

• Own and execute upon an assigned sales quota for generating new and expansion business in assigned territory and segment. This includes full ownership of all stages and related activities of the sales cycle from prospecting through contracting.
• Collaborate with account management team to assess and close targeted high priority expansion and growth opportunities within existing TruHearing book of business in assigned territory/segment(s). This may include serving as a contributing member of the account management team for the accounts with the highest growth potential.
• Prepare presentations and other materials to communicate TruHearing’s value proposition to prospects and partners.
• Serve as lead for all new sales and effectively facilitate the transition of new accounts through implementation to account management.
• Provide thought leadership and regular insights on product development, process improvement, and overall internal improvement activities as it relates to partner/member/provider needs across the enterprise.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage leads and generate sales opportunities

What education or experience is required?

Required

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant and/or transferable experience (a combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a formal education)

Preferred

• Relevant formal training and education beyond a bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant and/or transferable experience
