Talent Acquisition Partner

As our talent acquisition partner, you will immediately become a key member of the wider People Operations Team, helping to underpin the resourcing / recruitment needs of the business, focusing on technology / engineering as well as product and business operations.

Highly pro-active in what we do, you will help strengthen the success we’ve achieved since bringing all recruitment in-house and further drive our direct-hiring across your designated region.

Main Responsibilities:

Forge dynamic relationships and partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to design and execute effective hiring strategies.

Network pro-actively within the IT / Tech community throughout your designated region, becoming the brand ambassador for Truepill.

Proactively drive out-reach to targeted individuals in line with hiring needs.

Create engaging social media content to attract passive candidates.

Developing a deep knowledge and understanding across all functional areas of the business with a focus on our Software Development and Engineering department.

Develop execute tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goals.

Work to tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment.

Help build a long-term talent network we can lean on for guidance, advice and future hiring needs when required.

Take ownership of our employer brand channels.

About You

You’ll be an experienced recruiter / resourcing specialist working within an agency or in-house team.

You’ll have a proactive approach to recruitment, combined with a solid understanding of the IT / Tech marketplace.

Experience in recruiting and sourcing for technical talent across multiple levels and disciplines.

Proactively identify and engage talent through direct sourcing methods.

Deep knowledge of sourcing methodologies tools such as internal ATS CV databases, deep-web Boolean searching, tapping through engineering/business social networks other unique methods.

Strong business acumen understanding how to balance business needs and candidate experience.

Experience in hold effective face to face / video / phone interviews to understand individuals motivations, career aspirations and experience.

Able to create engaging and inclusive job adverts that attract targeted talent.

Benefits

Highly attractive annual basic salary between £30,000 to £40,000 depending on experience. 25 days annual holiday entitlement, plus public and bank holidays, 5% contributory pension scheme, full private health scheme, Truepill Employee Assistance Programme, with 24/7 support for mental and personal wellbeing.
