VP, People, Culture, Talent Acquisition & Development, High Growth Multi-Location Services, New England

Our client is a well-established multi-location healthcare services enterprise, embarking on a rapid growth strategy under new ownership with a commitment to ambitious acquisitive and greenfield location expansion on a national scale.

We are seeking an experienced and self-driven individual to build and lead the Human Resources function as chief people officer, creating a scalable foundation and robust talent acquisition, retention and development process that provides for the rapid accelerated expansion of the business.

Reporting directly to the CEO you will be responsible for developing the strategies for a nascent Human Resource function and identifying and researching issues and accountabilities pertinent to building a best-in-class human resource environment. Key to the mandate will be to creatively work to expand the company’s human capital strategy, establishing recruitment relationships with key academic institutions (national and international), tailoring a differentiated brand presentation, and building on an innovative development and retention infrastructure. You will build out key support functions for the business, including benefits, compensation and review structures, health and workplace safety regimens, training and development plans, records management, succession planning, retention mechanisms, etc.

Ideally you will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, along with 5-10 years’ related experience working as a hands-on leader in a fast-paced, high-growth multi-location, customer-focused environment. Experience working in healthcare services, hospitality, retail or other consumer-facing businesses is a definite asset. You will bring a creative thought process around ambitious talent acquisition strategies, plus a broad generalist background in the human resource function, along with team leadership and team building experience and a steady track record of continued career growth and a passion for customer service.

Compensation will include a competitive base salary and bonus, along with equity as part of the incentive program.
