Our client is a lower middle market specialty healthcare services provider that provides their suite of services within the context of multiple outpatient facilities. The company is supported by a private equity sponsor with deep industry experience. Their intent is to execute on an aggressive growth strategy in the upcoming 24-36 months that will expand on the existing services foundation.

We are seeking a growth-oriented CEO or President experienced in managing full P&L responsibility while undertaking ambitious growth strategies in a multi-location middle-market healthcare services enterprise. This individual will come with a deep operational background in a multi-location services environment with proven ability to oversee and drive business development and growth initiatives across a broad geographic spread. We require a strategic leader that will work closely with the investors and Board of Directors while equally acting as a mentor across all levels of staff with a “coach/player” orientation. Ideally, this individual will bring considerable experience leading teams within a healthcare services model that is heavily metric driven. Experience working in an environment that provides for the administration of medication or fluids in a controlled method is highly desirable.
