The Accounting Clerk Assists Corporate Controller and Accounting Specialists with Accounting Duties and Projects.

Responsibilities:

• Electronically retrieve, verify accuracy, and load required documents into Trucking Management Software

(TMS) software.

• Accounts Payables
• Accounts Receivables
• Account Reconciliations
• Supplemental Reports
• Projects as Assigned

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
• Strong organizational skills
• MS Office Experience (Outlook; Excel; Word)
• Strong computer skills
• McLeod (TMS) experience desired, but not required
• Located in Texas – desired, but not required
• Transportation / 3rd Party Logistics experience desired, but not required

Candidate will work from home, so you must be self-motivated and able to manage your own time. High Speed Broadband Internet
Required (No Satellite).
