Your role as Talent Acquisition Coordinator within the Human Resources Department, will be critical to the reputation and efficiencies of the Organization. TrueCare is a growing community clinic system, dedicated to improved access and quality healthcare for the communities of North San Diego.

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition professional, to assist in the Recruitment and Onboarding process.

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is an integral part of the Human Resources team. This role is responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition Team in the sourcing, hiring and onboarding of new TrueCare employees, and acts as a liaison to leadership and staff as it relates to HR policies and procedures. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will communicate, coordinate and maintain documentation related to full cycle recruitment processes and protocols, including candidate sourcing, background checks and new hire orientation.

Job Duties Include:

Overall administrative support to the talent acquisition and human resources team, including maintaining ATS system, processing background checks and related documentation and records.

Maintains confidentiality and effectively handles highly sensitive and personal information with sound judgment, tact and discretion

Prepares and reconciles reports and analytics to proactively assess organizational goals and strategy

Supports TA Manager with recruiting and onboarding activities and processes

Assists with administration of the day-to-day TA department services

Assists with special projects related to talent acquisition and new hire onboarding

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and/or Recruitment
• Knowledge of enterprise-wide information systems such as ADP, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Knowledge of commonly used concepts, best practices and procedures within Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, as it relates to candidate sourcing (job boards and social media)
• Completed and verifiable High School education or GED equivalent

Preferred Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources administration, business administration, health care administration or related field
• Experience working in a Federally Qualified Health Center or other government regulated environment or non-profit
• Experience in candidate sourcing platforms and Social Media
