True Rx Management Services Hiring for Account Manager Full Time

What you would do at True Rx Health Strategists:

The Account Manager is responsible for being the primary point of contact for assigned clients and works with cross functional teams to deliver quality customer service. The Account Manager will have project management, presentation, analytic and problem-solving skills and can use customer service and collaboration skills to build relationships, drive client satisfaction and improve the client experience. The Account Manger needs to have previous Account Coordinator or other Account Management experience. This position has expectations of 60% work in office and 40% work remote.

Previous Experience and Abilities:

• Account Services Duties
• Act as a direct contact via telephone and email for client to resolve any questions/issues on an on-going basis
• Client Expectation Management
• Efficiently manage clients in a manner that allows for room to acquire more clients
• Participate in client review, open enrollment and benefit meetings
• Must be able to communicate effectively with clients and members
• Become proficient in all aspects of proprietary software used for claims adjudication
• New Client Enrollment
• Develop plan parameters with client by utilizing the Benefit Plan Design and transition process
• Finalize agreements between True Rx and client
• Work with data vendor and any external third parties to during the installation of new client
• Develop and print new enrollment client ID cards, if applicable
• Customer Service Duties
• Assist in answering daily telephone calls
• Recruiting New Clients
• Research client and/or marketing data to incorporate into presentations
• Update and/or enhance presentations as needed
• Perform and/or assist in prospective client actual prescription analysis to determine potential cost savings
• Data Analysis
• May be required to interpret claims data and advise client on results
• Performs other duties as assigned by management

Ideally you have:

• Capable of interfacing with True Rx clients and owners to provide solutions to problems
• Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office products
• Need to be flexible and work as a team player
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and have good organizational skills
• Ability to perform multiple tasks at one time
• Ability to communicate and work under stress effectively while maintaining confidentiality at all times
• Need to be self-motivated and work with little supervision
• Need to be adaptable and have different responsibility given periodically
• Travel occasionally as work requires
