True Ranch Collection Hiring for On-Site Dude Ranch Manager/Host at Sasabe, Arizona Full Time

True Ranch Services is looking for On-Site Dude Ranch Manager(s) to assist with all aspects of the daily operations of Rancho de la Osa, a historic Arizona dude ranch in the True Ranch Collection. This position is for Rancho de la Osa, but there may be future opportunity to work at other True Ranch Collection properties, which currently include ranches in Arizona and Montana; as well as our Pop-Up Ranch locations.

Reservations, payroll and other administrative roles are managed off-site by our central headquarters in Tucson, so the Ranch Manager role is a hospitality position on ranch to manage guest relations, staff and dude ranch hospitality operations. 

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Checking in and checking out new guests 
• Acting as host/hostess for Rancho de la Osa guests
• Supervising ranch employees and determining which staff members will lead activities
• Organizing ranch staff schedules
• Supervising kitchen and housekeeping staff
• Overseeing and assisting with daily tasks
• Leading or overseeing ranch activities when appropriate or necessary
• Helping to maintain record of ranch expenses in conjunction with True Ranch Services’ bookkeeper. 
• Assisting with housekeeping when necessary (high-volume turnovers)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Well-organized
• Office management experience a plus
• Computer skills including Excel. Some bookkeeping knowledge a plus
• Experience in hospitality a plus
• Ranch, or specifically guest ranch, experience a plus but not required
• Horse experience a plus, but not required
• Spanish speaking a plus
