As the Talent Aquisition Manager, you will be responsible for the following:-

• Assist in the development of True POS’s recruiting plan, recruiting vision statement and recruiting objectives and is accountable for attaining those objectives. Monitor and update the plan as necessary.
• Identify and source candidates. Coordinate candidate recruiting and establish candidate pools to meet our growth target.
• Working with the Executive Management Team in the development of a workforce management plan that identifies gaps and focuses on acquiring talent to meet the current and future needs of the company.
• Properly utilize company processes including selection test and interview guide to screen candidates.
• Develop and maintain a network of contacts to easily identify and source qualified talent through a variety of sources including Internet, cold-calling, networking, resume databases, job advertisements, referrals, and social networks.
• Working closely with other human resources professionals to ensure appropriate compensation packages are developed, approved, and communicated throughout the division.
• Taking responsibility for the recruitment process from the beginning of the search through a reasonable on-board period to ensure that the newly hired employee, and indeed all candidates in the process, has a point of contact for questions, concerns, or problems.
• on recruiting activities and results to the management team by conducting regular recruiting update meetings.

$120,000 Starting Salary plus a Very Aggressive Recruiting Bonus.

Qualifications:

• 4yr College Degree required
• 5 years of Recruiting Experience
• Read and write Spanish fluently
• Excellent collaboration skills, customer service capabilities, ability to influence and consult with executives, and strong people and business acumen are essential.
• Communication, relationship building, customer service, prioritization, account forecasting / planning, negotiating, consultative selling and superior organizational and time management skills
• Ability to perform without direct supervision
• Strategic thinking and the ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing.

Pay: $120,000.00 per year
