Your Role:

True North Mortgage is experiencing record growth and we are looking for a Part Time Store Administrator who is organized, a good communicator who loves problem solving. This position is great for someone who has strong customer service experience and is wanting to work in an office environment for the first time.

The Job:

• 
  Part time hours are evenings during the week and daytime during the weekend. Shifts range from 4-6 hours.
• Manage the front of the office at our new Northwest Calgary Mall Location. Organize the store, clean shared work spaces, receive couriers, arrange shipping, and distribute the mail.
• Welcome our visitors and ensure our employees know when their scheduled appointment has arrived.
• Order office supplies as well as track and order inventory.
• Comfortable with performing predictable daily tasks and able to pivot when dealing with last minute urgent requests.
• Request building services (recycling, lighting, heat/cooling).
• A Curiosity and desire to solve problems.

Nice to Haves:

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and One Note.
• Customer Service experience and an interest in the mortgage and finance industry.
• Open and Willing to learn, suggest improvements, streamline and cerate efficiencies that will better this position.
