True Fitness Technology Hiring for Marketing Coordinator – Digital Marketing at O’Fallon, MO, USA Full Time

TRUE Fitness is seeking a Marketing Coordinator who is a team player and passionate about fitness. This role will support the Marketing Manager, assisting in digital marketing initiatives and efforts.

This role may also assist the Marketing Director on occasion with special projects as needed.

What you will be doing :

• Oversee the organization’s social media strategy, including content creation, monitoring engagement, and analyzing metrics across various platforms.
• Support strategy, preparation, and content development for digital marketing campaigns.
• Develop and maintain email marketing campaigns, including managing email lists and targeted campaigns.
• Assist with copywriting and proofing of marketing materials and content.
• Execute web maintenance updates to ensure the website stays current with the latest product details.
• Curate and maintain a library of installation photos of TRUE Fitness products in facilities, updating assets where needed.
• Maintain digital content library of dealer and sales support materials, ensuring all resources are accurate and current.
• Contribute to or oversee special projects, including TRUE Run Club and affiliate marketing.
• Coordinate photo and video shoots with the marketing team and videographer / photographer from start to finish.

Skills you have :

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field; 1-2 years of marketing experience.
• Experience with written social media content creation, with the ability to apply social media best practices and current strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an attention to detail.
• Experience with MailChimp or similar platforms.
• Time management and critical thinking skills for solving problems as they arise.
• Self-starter and multi-tasker who takes initiative.
• Passion for the fitness industry is preferred.
• Bonus experience and skills include graphic design, photography, and videography
