True Fitness Technology Hiring for Marketing Coordinator – Digital Marketing at O’Fallon, MO, USA Full Time

TRUE Fitness is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator who is a team player and passionate about fitness, combining strategic planning and creative execution to elevate brand presence.

Proven expertise in social media content creation and campaign optimization, dedicated to driving engagement and fostering an online community.

Essential Functions

Assist Digital Marketing Manager with all aspects of TRUE Fitness’s digital marketing initiatives and efforts. Assist Marketing Director on occasion with special projects as needed.

This will include, but is not limited to :

Support with the development and execution of the organization-wide social media strategy, ongoing content development, and customer engagement.

This includes, but is not limited to, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter.

• Creation of content for all social media platforms, maintaining precise messaging and branding consistency across online platforms.
• Assess performance metrics of social media and provide monthly analytic s.
• Management of YouTube to ensure assets are up to date.
• Aid Digital Marketing Manager with digital marketing campaigns as needed.
• Facilitate and execute web maintenance plan for maintaining websites with current and accurate information.
• Assist with as is necessary to perform copywriting and proofing of marketing materials and content.
• Support copywriting and designing B2B and B2C emails.
• Write occasional blog posts for B2B and B2C that are industry-specific.
• Assist with or oversee special projects as required. I.e., TRUE Run Club, affiliate marketing, etc.
• Curate and maintain a library of installation photos of TRUE Fitness products in facilities, updating assets where needed.
• Maintain an inventory and directory of dealer and sales support materials, ensuring all resources are accurate and current.
• Facilitate the coordination of video or photo shoots.

Skills :

• Knowledge of social media platforms’ best practices and current strategies
• META advertising
• WordPress
• MailChimp
• Familiarity with Google Ads and Google Analytics
• Graphic design is a plus
• Photo / video creation and editing are a plus
• Time management skills
• Organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Critical thinking skills for solving problems as they arise
• Ability to multitask and track multiple projects
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts between teams
• Project management skills
• Self-starter who takes initiative
• Passion for the fitness industry is preferred
