True Circuits, Inc Hiring for Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Layout Engineer Full Time

JOB DESCRIPTION

* Perform analog/mixed-signal IC layout design of complex, high-speed circuits.

* Independently plan and implement layout for analog/mixed-signal design blocks, while adhering to specifications and guidelines set by design engineers.

* Manipulate layout CAD flows.

* Independently identify, debug and solve physical verification discrepancies (DRC/LVS).

* Assist design engineering team with tapeout activities and deal with post-tapeout activities such as documentation, archiving and job tracking.

* Work closely with the design engineering team on a day-to-day basis in solving physical design issues.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

* BSEE required with 5+ years experience in analog/mixed-signal IC layout design.

* Proficient in custom analog/mixed-signal IC layout design, particularly at 90nm processes technologies and below.

* Experience with industry standard CAD tools.

* Knowledge of transistor level layout issues.

* Knowledge of C, Perl, ch and csh.

* Knowledge of Linux systems.

* Ability to work efficiently as a part of team as well as independently.

* Motivated and able to learn and use new CAD tools/methodologies.

* Proven experience in developing and meeting engineering schedules.

* Strong analytical skills.

* Strong organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal skills.

* Good experimentation skills and technique.

* Good documentation and follow up skills.

* Hands on engineering.

* Team oriented.

Pay: $120,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
